In today’s time where human interaction is limited, gyms and other recreational facilities are closed, the negative effects of constant online presence creep in. It is even more essential to maintain a healthy body and mind to protect oneself against the pandemic, and regular yoga practice can do just that.

Yoga Yatra is a month long exploration of various techniques, ideas, and modern day integrations of yoga.  There are a variety of practical and philosophical sessions, something for all age groups and physical capabilities.

Let’s all come together to explore the intricacies of yoga philosophy and practice. By deepening our knowledge and broadening our perspective, we can know ourselves with greater clarity. Through self understanding, one’s consciousness connects to the universal consciousness all around. After all, the journey of life is ultimately inward.
